'THE WORLDS LARGEST TOUCH TOURNAMENT'

ABOUT US

When: Wednesday 8 to 12 October 2025
Where: Gold Coast Performance Centre, Runaway Bay

Gold Coast Titans All Schools (GCTAS) is an annual touch football event run by Queensland All Schools Touch and Queensland Touch Football. The event currently has locked in an agreement with the Gold Coast Performance Centre and Precinct for three years or until 2027, thanks to our major partner Experience Gold Coast.

Held in October each year, it is the world’s largest touch football tournament, with up to 600 teams representing various schools both nationally and internationally.

The first ever Queensland All Schools was run in 1983 at Balmoral High School. There were 18 teams in total and St Edmund’s College won the Open boys division while Ipswich SHS won the Open girls division. Since that time, the event has grown to accommodate teams from anywhere in the world.

It is a seeded round robin-based competition where teams are placed in Pools of 6 to 8 teams depending on the size of the division, which provides school teams with a minimum of 7 games. Only the very best make it through to Finals day.

Across the 5-day tournament, over 8,000 students will take to the field playing over 2,000 games across 30 fields, attracting between 6,000 and 10,000 spectators.
