Gold Coast Titans All Schools will implement the following COVIDSafe health principles at the event.

We require all participants, officials, and spectators to follow Queensland Health’s key directives to ensure the event can proceed safely.

  1. If you are unwell DO NOT ATTEND – STAY HOME and get tested
  2. Check in using the via QLD CHECK IN APP each time you enter the event precinct AND when you enter marked tents and indoor facilities
  3. You must wear and carry a mask at all times


GCTAS will continue to follow the latest advice and direction from the Queensland Department of Sport and Recreation and Queensland Health.       


Stage 2 Restrictions

Local Government Areas (LGAs) Brisbane, Gold Coast, Moreton Bay, Logan, Townsville, and Palm Island will move into Stage 2 Restrictions from 4 pm Thursday, 30 September.

These LGAs are required to adhere to the below restrictions, this is expected to last for 2 weeks.

Indoor & Outdoor Events

Capacity restrictions of 75% seated and ticketed capacity for indoor and outdoor events or

  • 1 person per 4m2 indoors
  • 1 person per 2m2 outdoors are currently in place.

Spectator restrictions are in line with stadiums, indoor and outdoor event requirements.


All those who have been in the affected LGAs from 1 am Sunday 19 September you must carry and wear a face mask at all times.

ALL must wear a mask when unable to stay 1.5m apart from people who are not part of your household.

ALL must wear a mask including workplaces (even where physical distancing is possible) unless it is unsafe, or you are working alone in a closed office.
