That’s a Wrap!

The 2020 year has been a tumultuous one for everyone on the planet. However, not even a global pandemic has stopped the 38th Qld All Schools from going ahead.

In absolutely, terrific weather (uncommon for All Schools recently) the event saw some 350 teams in 7 divisions do battle over 5 days. Over 1400 games of touch were played and the 3500 participants revelled in the freedom that only a game of touch footy can bring. After being locked up for most of the year, the lucky students from all over Queensland had a ball – literally!

Pass the Ball Challenge

In collaboration with QTF, College of Sports & Fitness deliver a touch football specific VETiS program for secondary schools in Queensland, including Certificate II in Sport & Recreation.
The program is jointly endorsed by QTF and Touch Football Australia and provides students with the only opportunity to attain VET qualifications via CSF as well as industry qualifications from Touch Football Australia.

Brisbane City Council Support QLD All Schools 2020

Queensland All Schools Touch Football and Queensland Touch Football are proud to announce that the 2020 QLD All Schools will be once again supported by Brisbane City Council.

QLD All Schools, now in its 38th year, is the world’s largest touch football tournament for secondary schools and typically brings over 6000 participants and an additional 6000 spectators to the Brisbane region.

QLD All Schools 2020 Update #3

Queensland Touch Football and the Queensland All Schools (QAS) are dedicated to providing a safe environment for all attendees. The event complies with a Queensland Government approved Industry COVID Safe Plan – Field Sports and will have COVIDSafe preventative measures in place throughout the event.

With just over two weeks to go, we wanted to take the opportunity to remind all attendees of the COVIDSafe practices that will be in place throughout the event.
